As a trusted Master Executive Coach, Board Director and Consultant, Judy Roseth has advised and mentored companies and executives toward effective change and outstanding measurable results. Judy is responsible for a unique approach to organizational design, corporate board development, and executive success that have allowed her clients to take their organizations and professional careers to the next level. As an Executive Coach and Trusted Advisor, Judy works with leaders, developing their skills to maximize their potential as executives and leaders.

In addition, she is currently serving as a Director on the Board of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento and the Women’s Advisory Board for Women in Leadership at California State University, Fullerton. She has served as a Director on the Board of the International Coaching Consortium, The Professional Coaches and Mentors Association and Chapman University. She instructs for the MBA Program at California State University, Fullerton and provides coaching and consulting services for Torque, Inc. and The Zone, two technical training companies in Johannesburg, South Africa.

After 15 years of executive-level technology industry experience and an extensive background in sales management, merger and acquisition integration and international operations, Judy is an expert at accelerated revenue growth. In the early 80’s, Judy became the Director of Operations for the rapidly growing, fledgling Apple Computer; her experience spans from manufacturers and distributors to international direct marketers and retail. As Senior Executive with Ingram Micro, Merisel and Multiple Zones, International, Judy has played a pivotal role in creating, building, and leading dynamic sales and support organizations and senior level teams through complex mergers and acquisitions, always accompanied by consistent increases in company revenues and profitability.

Judy founded her coaching and consulting firm, JRoseth Coaching, in 1989. She is certified in Director Education with the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Business. In addition, Judy is a certified Board Director under the NASDAQ listings in New York and a member of the Forum for Corporate Directors. She is a Master Executive Coach with certifications in Career Management Coaching from Chapman University, Conflict Resolution from the Mediation Institute in New Mexico, as well as Meyers Briggs, Leadership Practices and Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Interpretation. In addition, Judy has authored, designed and facilitated her own global training programs in Leadership Skills Development, Teambuilding and Interpersonal Skills Management.
