- The Interpersonal Social Styles Assessment (ISS)
ISS is one of a suite of instruments measuring a person's preferred style in four areas. The ISS allows us to better understand our style and the style of others which helps us define and develop the essential skills needed for interpersonal relationship development, coping with change, managing tension and becoming more versatile.
- The Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ-I)
EQ-I measures self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. This instrument helps individuals identify developmental needs, highlights strengths that can be leveraged in an even better way and monitors for over use.
- The Meyers-Briggs Indicator (MBTI)
MBTI helps people understand how they think and behave the way they do and how their "type" interacts with the "types" of others. This assessment is useful in work relationships and personal relationships as it guides you toward strategies for working with, or in difficult relationships. This instrument measures individual and team behaviors.
- The Leadership Practices Inventory(LPI)
LPI helps individuals measure their leadership behaviors. The LPI report shows how you rank yourself and how your Manager(s), Co-workers, Direct-reports and Others rank you in five categories: Modeling the Way, Inspiring a Shared Vision, Challenging the Process, Enabling Others to Act and Encouraging the Heart.
- The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation Behavior (FIRO-B)
The FIRO-B is a self-scorable assessment. This assessment helps people understand how their need for control, inclusion and affection can mold their interactions with others in a workplace and/or in their day-to-day lives.
- Human Synergistic's Survival Simulation
Survival Simulation is designed to set the stage so that team participants must deal with ambiguity and use both their assumptions and a few known facts to solve a problem and make effective decisions together as a group.
- Training Course Licensing
Should you wish to train your trainer or conduct one of our training courses, yourself, many of our course materials and our ISS Assessment can be licensed. Licensing fees will be quoted at the time of inquiry.
